Flora by Carasso Real Estate is a community-based residential project on the seam between Kiryat Shalom and Shapira in south Tel Aviv. The project will include 93 units in 4 buildings with 9 floors.

Carasso wanted to create this book, that will be later gifted to home owners in Flora, as some sort of a closing gift that will equip its readers with both a sense of pride in their new residence, as well as practical information about their new neighbourhood.

As Flora was originally a real estate brand identity, designing its book meant not only implying the brand to a softcover, but transcending and expanding its visual identity beyond the realms of hard-sale and campaigns. New typographic nuances were introduced and more illustrations were made specifically for the book.
